email for approval, if a repair is expected to exceed $75.00
2) The Torch Tech makes every effort to source parts for every item.
4) EVERY client is valuable, and EVERY client should be treated as such!
5) Every client has the right to know what parts were replaced on a repair and why.
6) THE TORCH TECH will NEVER recommend a repair that is cost prohibitive. Rather, it
will refer the client to a qualified vendor who can replace the unit with a new unit of similar
or equal value.
7) The Torch Tech honors its warranties. PERIOD.
8) The Torch Tech DOES NOT fix what isn't broken!
